BoucherOC CQ (born May 10, 1958) is a Canadian former speed skater. He competed in the 1500 m, 1000 m, 500 m, Sprint, and Overall events.
Boucher competed for Canada at both the 1980 Winter Olympics in Lake Placid, New York and at the 1984 Winter Olympics in Sarajevo, Yugoslavia.
